Your calendarThis week
Live$10,000,000
One client · one week
in opportunity value booked onto one annuity client's calendar in a single week.
Opportunity value is the total potential premium across the qualified appointments booked that week. It's pipeline, not placed premium or commission, and it isn't a forecast for anyone else's calendar.
Why it works
Built and run by a Florida-licensed insurance agent.
Most appointment agencies learn annuities from the ad library. Annuity Capital is run by a licensed agent, so the ads, the application and every screening question are built around how an annuity conversation actually goes.
Founder
Yadel Karim Abou Hadour Menendez
Florida-licensed insurance agent
License status can be verified through the Florida Department of Financial Services licensee search.
Speaks the product
FIAs, MYGAs, income riders, surrender schedules, rollovers. The screening is written by someone who knows what those words mean to a prospect.
Screens for what matters
Assets, age band and the concern behind the call are asked before a slot is offered, so the conversation can actually go somewhere.
Compliance-aware by default
Creative and pages are written with insurance advertising rules in mind, then go to your IMO or compliance team. Nothing runs until you approve it.
How it works
Everything between a cold scroll and a held appointment.
Most advisors get handed leads and left to chase them. We own the whole path: the ad, the page that qualifies, and the reminders that make the appointment hold.
- 01
Ads that name the prospect
Direct-response video for pre-retirees with real assets. The profession and the asset floor go in the creative, so filtering starts before the click.
- 02
A three-question application
Investable assets, age band and the concern that keeps them up at night. Anyone outside your criteria never reaches your calendar.
- 03
Booked while intent is hot
Qualified prospects pick a time on your calendar on the very next screen: a 30-minute complimentary session on Zoom.
- 04
Held, not just booked
Text and email reminders up to the call, rebooking when someone slips, and a daily view of cost per appointment, show rate and pipeline.

The math
What a full calendar is actually worth.
Set the five inputs to your own numbers. The output is arithmetic, not a forecast.
Your commission · 90 days at this run rate
$172,800
Commission revenue, not premium placed. We'll rebuild this with your real numbers on the call.
Read this. These figures are an illustration built from the numbers you entered, not a promise, projection or guarantee. What you actually produce depends on your close rate, your carrier and product mix, the suitability determinations you make and the cases you choose to write.
Questions
What advisors ask on the first call.
How do you define a qualified appointment?
We define it with you on a recorded onboarding call before anything goes live. Asset floor, age band, geography and product focus all get set there, so both sides work from the same definition from day one.
Are you an insurance agency? Will you sell to my prospects?
No. Annuity Capital is a marketing services company. Our founder holds a Florida insurance license, which is why the screening and creative are built the way they are, but we don't sell, recommend or advise on products for the prospects we book. The appointment, the recommendation and the case are yours.
What's the model?
A monthly retainer. There's no numeric guarantee on appointments or production. What we commit to is the definition of a qualified appointment agreed on your onboarding call, and we're held to it.
Who handles compliance?
Creative and funnel copy are written by a licensed agent with insurance advertising rules in mind, then submitted to your IMO or compliance department. Nothing runs until it's approved, and final approval is always yours.
How long before appointments start?
Most of the runway is creative production and compliance approval. We'll give you a launch date on the strategy call once we know how your IMO's approval process works.
What if an appointment isn't right?
Every appointment is checked against the criteria from your onboarding call. When one doesn't fit, we trace where it slipped through, whether the ad, the application or the screen, and fix that stage.
